Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the UK, to PO Boxes or to freight forwarders.

Where your order ships from

GBO SELECT EUROPARTS LTD is a UK-registered company; our stock and dispatch operation are based in Italy. Every order is shipped from Italy to the UK by tracked international courier.

Delivery cost and import charges

UK delivery is free on every order. All UK import duties and import charges are paid by us before delivery — you will not be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders for in-stock parts are dispatched within 1 working day.
• Delivery: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch to UK mainland addresses; allow 1–2 extra days for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands.
• Special orders ("Order This Part"): parts not held in stock are sourced to order — estimated 10–15 working days. We confirm the exact delivery date by email before dispatch, and if we cannot source the part within the estimated time we refund you in full.

Couriers and tracking

We use DHL Express, UPS and FedEx. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@gboparts.com or +44 20 3830 7949 and we will resolve it — replacement or full refund, your choice.
