Who we are
Vantero Parts Ltd is an independent online supplier of genuine OEM replacement parts for European vehicles — BMW, MINI, Porsche, Maserati, Lamborghini and MG. We are a UK-registered company (Company No. 17219687, incorporated May 2026, registered in England & Wales) and we sell exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer of any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used only to identify which vehicles a part fits.
The person behind Vantero
Guilherme Borsato de Oliveira — Founder & Director
Guilherme founded Vantero Parts in 2026 after several years working in automotive logistics, procurement and international supply chains. He runs the business day to day and personally handles part identification, sourcing and customer support. If you contact us, you are talking to him.
How we operate
- Where we are: Vantero Parts Ltd is registered in London (71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ — this is our registered office, not a shop or warehouse). Our operations and stock are based in Italy.
- Where parts ship from: Orders are dispatched from our stock in Italy and delivered to the UK by tracked courier (DHL, UPS or FedEx), typically within 3–5 working days.
- No surprises at the door: Every price shown includes UK delivery and all import charges. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
- Stock and availability: Parts showing “Add to cart” are physically held by us and dispatched within 1 working day. Parts showing “Order This Part” are special orders sourced from the manufacturer network: estimated 10–15 working days, and we confirm the exact delivery date by email before dispatch. If we cannot source a special-order part within the estimated time, we tell you straight away and refund in full.
- What “OEM” means here: We supply original-equipment parts bought from official manufacturer dealer networks through an independent distributor. We do not sell aftermarket copies or pattern parts.
How we identify the right part
Many components look identical but differ by model year, generation or equipment level. We catalogue every part by its manufacturer part number and check applications against official catalogue data. If you are unsure, send us your VIN or registration and the part you need — we will confirm compatibility before you order.
