Refund policy
30-day returns
Unused parts in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid.
How to start a return
Email info@gboparts.com (or call +44 20 3830 7949) with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return and email you the return address. Please do not send parts back without contacting us first.
To be eligible, the part must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all labels, and accompanied by your order number.
Return shipping costs
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item (our error): we pay the return shipping.
- Change of mind or part ordered in error: return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
Damaged or faulty items
If a part arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Special-order parts
Special-order parts ("Order This Part") are covered by the same 30-day return policy and your statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
