1. Who we are

This website, www.gboparts.co.uk, is operated by GBO SELECT EUROPARTS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17219687), with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Our stock and dispatch operation are based in Italy. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Who we sell to

We sell exclusively to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. We are an independent online supplier of genuine OEM replacement parts for European vehicles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used solely to identify which vehicles a part fits.

3. Products

We supply original-equipment (OEM) parts sourced through an independent distributor. We do not sell aftermarket, pattern or copy parts. Product descriptions, images and compatibility information are provided in good faith and checked against manufacturer catalogue data, but we recommend confirming fitment against your vehicle's VIN before ordering if you are unsure.

4. Prices, VAT, delivery and import charges

All prices are shown in GBP and are the total price you pay. GBO SELECT EUROPARTS LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices or shown on our invoices.

UK delivery is free on every order. Parts are shipped from Italy, and any UK import duties and import charges are paid by us before delivery — you will never be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a part is unexpectedly unavailable, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment processor (Shopify Payments). We do not store your card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery timescales, dispatch methods and courier details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by couriers or customs clearance are outside our control.

8. Cancellations, returns & refunds

You may return unused parts within 30 days of delivery. Our returns process, eligibility and refund timescales are set out in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage and duration vary by manufacturer and component; contact us for the specific terms applying to any part before you buy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of a vehicle, arising from a delay or defect in a product, except as required by law. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos and images, excluding third-party manufacturer trademarks used for identification purposes) is owned by or licensed to GBO SELECT EUROPARTS LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

13. Platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and GBO SELECT EUROPARTS LTD; Shopify is not a party to your purchase.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
