Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the UK, to PO Boxes or to freight forwarders.

Where your order ships from

GBO SELECT EUROPARTS LTD is a UK-registered company (Company No. 17219687, England & Wales); our stock and dispatch operation are based in Italy. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from Italy and delivered to UK addresses by tracked courier.

Free delivery, no import charges

UK delivery is free on every order. All UK import duties and import charges are paid by us before delivery — there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Dispatch times

  • In-stock parts (shown as “Add to cart”) are dispatched within 1 working day of your order.
  • Special-order parts (shown as “Order This Part”) are sourced to order: estimated 10–15 working days. We confirm the exact delivery date by email before dispatch, and if we cannot source the part within the estimated time we refund you in full.

Delivery times & couriers

Once dispatched, orders are delivered by tracked courier (DHL Express, UPS or FedEx) and typically arrive within 3–5 working days; allow 1–2 extra days for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will resolve it — replacement or full refund, your choice.
